- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After struggling to find a lawyer in Baldwin County that I felt like I could trust with such a high profile case, it wasn't until the end that I was referred to Joseph Shaw. Joey turned out to be the one lawyer who fought the hardest for me and was the most honest about things. I appreciate his straight forward mannerism when dealing with highly important and often time sensitive issues. He is VERY thorough and kept me informed of every development in my case and it's progress. His assistant Shawna is very personable, always friendly, yet professional and provides very prompt service. Melinda, his wife is very friendly and lends a listening ear as well as encouraging words to help you through the emotional aspect of it all. Joey is not just about retaining another client, he is thorough when it come to time billing as well, so you always know where you stand and are not caught off guard, like with many attorneys. Joseph Shaw and Jared Lyles are two of the top, trustworthy attorneys left in Baldwin County. Joey and Jared are the only two attorneys that made me feel like they truly cared about ALL the people involved, as well as the outcome. This is my personal opinion based solely from working with both of them, while winding my way through the judicial system of Baldwin County, in what has been a multitude of very difficult hearings over a 6 year period.
